Bradley started with MAM Software (UK) in 2012 as a First Line Support Analyst for UK Autopart customers. In 2013, he was promoted to the US team as a Second Line Support Analyst. His ability to lead a productive team and provide quality support to Autopart users throughout the US lead to his promotion to Support Manager for North America in 2016, supporting both Autopart and VAST Online solutions.

With his new appointment to Support Manager for MAM Software (US), Bradley made the decision to move the USA in order to ensure his team’s success. He is now responsible for initial creation, training and on-going management of the North American based Autopart and VOL support teams and has just been given responsibility (as of the start of 2018) for the US Offsite Implementation department.

Bradley is MCSA Certified in SQL and prior to MAM Software worked in applications testing for clients such as Google and Amazon for 3 years.
